I'll miss this morning light.
I start a new job next Friday, and after taking this pic I realized that I am really, really, REALLY, going to miss my 7:30 am swims. I am sure that in time I will get a new swim schedule figured out, but this is a pretty amazing time of day to swim.:
- I wake up at a reasonable time 
- I get a workout done first thing 
- The pool is not crowded 
- It is not that sunny so I don’t have to worry about suntans 
- Coffee tastes very good afterwards 
I wonder if I should try the 6:30 am swim? If I do, then I’m waking up at 5:45 am, and the lanes will be crowded because so many people go to the workout. Maybe that will be a motivator, though? TBD. TBD.
Today’s workout was a series of several 500s:
- 300 warm-up 
- 500 free 
- 2 rounds, 2x200 free and 100 kick 
- 5x100 free
