Work It, Work It

A hot day, a hot pool, (I know, I need to get over it. The pool at USC is hot and will be hot no matter what. Ugh), and a long steady workout. Nothing much to say here – it was Monday.

  • 250 warm-up

  • 3 x 200 free

  • 2 rounds, 200, 150, 100, 75, 50 free, with 2 x easy 50 in between each distance

  • 100 cool down
